OUR HISTORY

Marino Fantelli began this adventure with great courage and intuition in 1973 building a small house to live with his family, opening a small hairdressing salon run by his wife Antonietta and arranging some apartments to rent to the first tourists who came to Folgarida.

Marino, hard worker now retired, ski instructor in winter and barber in summer, motorbike enthusiast, passed on the love for this land, for their work and for sport to his sons Lorenzo and Daniele. 

Both have thus carried on parents' craft becoming in turn hairdressers. Lorenzo has also become ski and snowboard instructor, Daniele mountain bike instructor.

Marino, together with his wife Antonietta and their sons, has carried on for decades the management of Casa, that has been enlarged and renovated several times over the years and is now intended only for renting apartments for tourists, because Marino then moved with his family to the village of Dimaro.

Despite the various changes, Casa still retains its original spirit that led to its creation: give guests a shelter, a family place, a comfortable space where you can spend your holidays feeling at the same time at Casa. The family management allows Fantelli family to have a closeness to guests recommending them ski tours in winter and beautiful walks in summer. Careful management, attention to detail and particular importance given to cleaning are the main features that distinguish us and allow us to offer unforgettable holidays.
